The following step is the actual funeral rites itself in which the dead person is put into a coach and taken to the Church, where the priests and others chant prayers and hymns from the Bible. After this, the clergy asks a relative or a friend to offer a eulogy before the body is buried. In some cases funeral rituals include the ringing of bells to mark the end of the ceremony. Following the funeral service, the casket is carried to the burial place where before burying there is a burial service conducted.

Finally, the family members arrange for a lunch for everyone who has attended the funeral rites. The primary purpose of such customs is to give support to the mourning family and assist them to overcome their sorrow and accept the fate.
